- Olive oil
- 750 ml chicken stock
- 0.5 g spanish saffron
- 250 g Paella rice
- 500 g chicken and/or rabbit, with bone
- 2-4 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp Pimentón
- Peas
- Green beans
- Artichokes
