MT-32 using wrong instruments with patch installed
With the patched version of the game, with the correct "roland = 1" setting in the .ini file, the music sounds way off. Maybe it's sending GM data, or it doesn't load the soundbank data?
Anyways, to fix it edit fate.bat and change "c:\fate\atlantis.exe" to "c:\fate\atlantis.exe R".
Run atlantis.exe with the "help" parameter to see all options. I'm guessing that the "launcher" on the disc sets the parameter automatically.
Low music volume
Just like the manual says, adjust the volume with the "[" and "]" keys.
