Latte
Hazelnut Latte
- 1 tsp Rapunzel Haselnussmus (hazelnut butter)
- Double-shot Espresso
- 170-200 ml steamed milk (depending on cup size)
Hazelnut butter can be mixed either with the Espresso or with the milk before steaming, giving different results (in taste and appearance).
Other recipes typically involve hazelnut syrup. I don't like sweeteners in my Latte so I looked for alternatives. Original recipe but it's so simple I'm sure many people must've tried it before.
