Nut butter quark
- 250 g Quark or Topfen, 40% or 50% fat by dry mass
- 3 tbsp nut butter (e.g. peanut or hazelnut)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1.5 g stevia powder
- 1 tsp erythritol
- 3 tsp water
Combine all ingredients. To make it more creamy add more water. Good on its own but also works with toppings, e.g. berries.
