Nut butter quark

  • 250 g Quark or Topfen, 40% or 50% fat by dry mass
  • 3 tbsp nut butter (e.g. peanut or hazelnut)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1.5 g stevia powder
  • 1 tsp erythritol
  • 3 tsp water

Combine all ingredients. To make it more creamy add more water. Good on its own but also works with toppings, e.g. berries.
