Sockel AM5 mainboard with X670E chipset, made by MSI.
SATA link unstable for optical drive
Every couple minutes the following can be seen in dmesg:
ata1: SATA link up 1.5 Gbps (SStatus 113 SControl 300)
Swapping the SATA cable didn't make any difference but enabling SATA Hotplugging in the board's UEFI setup fixed it.
Overclocking
Working for me: PBO enabled, curve optimizer -20 for all cores. "Memory try it!" first profile for 30-36-36, then enable High efficiency memory and set timings to "Tighter".
