Z16XEP: To remove that dreaded plug without breaking it, insert a small flat head screwdriver at the end of the blue stem and lift it while simultaneously pulling the biger blue tab up with you fingernail. Once the blue part is lifted, you can easily press the bigger black latch and pull the connector.
