Single course meal for 2:&lt;br /&gt;
*6 eggs, beaten&lt;br /&gt;
*50g sucuk, cut into small pieces (or substitute with beef salami and &amp;quot;sucuk spices&amp;quot;: ground allspice, cumin, chili, garlic)&lt;br /&gt;
*50g bacon, cut into small pieces &lt;br /&gt;
*300g canned tomatoes&lt;br /&gt;
*100g Butter&lt;br /&gt;
*100g Kaşar cheese (or Cheddar, Gouda), grated&lt;br /&gt;
*Salt&lt;br /&gt;
*Pepper&lt;br /&gt;
*Pul biber&lt;br /&gt;
*2 green chili peppers, fresh&lt;br /&gt;
In a large skillet, brown bacon bits on medium heat with butter until it smells slightly nutty. Add sucuk (also sliced into small bits) and tomatoes, then simmer for 10 mins.&lt;br /&gt;
Take off the heat and stir in the beaten eggs and half of the cheese. Add salt &amp;amp; pepper to taste. For this serving size you may need to keep it on a low flame while stirring to thicken it. Optional: adding some &amp;quot;sucuk spices&amp;quot; now (even when you&amp;#039;ve put in sucuk anyways) will absolutely kill it.&lt;br /&gt;
Top it with the remaining cheese and garnish with a line of pul biber. Cover and serve when the cheese melts.&lt;br /&gt;
Serve with bread for dipping (e.g. Pide without toppings).&lt;br /&gt;
Variant: add more &amp;quot;sucuk spices&amp;quot;. Also, removing the sucuk and bacon from the pan before simmering the tomato and adding it back in later with the eggs will give a better contrast in taste.&lt;br /&gt;
